      Do you actually raise the capital, or just prepare the materials?
      We prepare your business to raise capital building the financial models, projections, cap table structures, and lender or investor packages that make the raise possible. We facilitate introductions where appropriate and support the diligence process throughout. For larger transactions requiring a licensed placement agent or investment banker, we coordinate with your legal and advisory team to ensure the financial foundation is bulletproof.
      How do I know if I need debt or equity?
      It depends on your cash flow, your growth trajectory, your willingness to dilute ownership, and the specific use of the capital. Debt makes sense when cash flow supports the service payments and you want to preserve ownership. Equity makes sense when you’re pre-profitability, need flexible capital, or the growth opportunity justifies the dilution. We model both scenarios and help you make the decision from a position of clarity, not urgency.
      What if I’m not sure I’m ready to raise yet?
      That’s one of the most common positions we see. Most founders who come to us know they need capital at some point but aren’t sure if the business is ready. We start with a readiness assessment: are your books clean, is your financial story coherent, do you have the projections that lenders and investors require? If not, we build the infrastructure first. If you are ready, we accelerate the package.
      What does capital advisory pricing look like?
      Pricing depends on the complexity of the engagement whether it’s a single lender package or a full equity raise preparation with cap table modeling and investor materials. We’ll scope the engagement on the fit call. Some capital advisory work is project-based; ongoing support is structured as a monthly retainer. No rigid packages. No surprises.
