Frak Finance started with a conversation our founder had with his father, a doctor who’d spent a career building a practice and believed, when the time came, that the practice couldn’t be sold. It wasn’t true. The patients were there, the cash flow was there, a successor could have been there. What was missing was the financial preparation that turns a business into a transferable asset.

Meet Our Founding Principal
Tom Dillon, CFA
Tom Dillon is a certified CFA charterholder. After spending seven years at a Chicago investment bank advising public and private CEOs and CFOs on capital markets, he left the analyst seat to become CFO, then CEO, of a private-equity-backed company. He has since launched his own ventures, invested in others, and built a multi-family real estate portfolio through acquisition. That sequence — analyst, operator, owner — is the reason Frak Finance exists.
